What is Cosmetic Medicine or Cosmetic Surgery

Over a year ago, I was halfway completing a book on the cosmetic scene in Malaysia. However, getting it to the publisher,Royalties rights, and upon learning the fact that one needs the to know the right contact for your book to available at well known bookstores.
With internet, all that hassles is gone.My intention of the book is the disseminate the true facts about cosmetic and surgery in Malaysia.
For those who afford cosmetic treatment, it symbolizes status symbol.Everyone knows cosmetic treatment is never necessity, but rather a luxury.
Originally, the rational of cosmetic treatment is a subspecialty  to plastic and reconstructive surgery.Very often upon completion of management of reconstruction,patient still suffers the trauma of disfigurement.Hence, originally,what is supposedly a noble, giving back a "life" patient once had, back.It's a subspecialty with it's on stand in nobility.
Unfortunately, to, the objective of practicing this field has evolved tremendously. For an beauty of fusion of art and science, it is now a multimillion dollar business. Yes... It has become a business.
